Als procesoperator kade ga je aan de slag op onze productielocatie Zwolle.

In Zwolle produceren we jaarlijks +/- 450.000 ton krachtvoer voor herkauwers en schapen.

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Salaris volgens Graan cao: € 2.986 – € 3.341 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding.
  • Ploegentoeslag van 15% boven op je basissalaris.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 4% eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding.
  • Je werkt in de twee ploegendienst aan de kade met een fraai uitzicht.
  • Fiscale keuzeregeling voor extra’s zoals fiets, fitnessabonnement, tablet/smartphone of producten om je woning te verduurzamen.
  • 38 vrije dagen (25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen bij fulltime dienstverband).

Zo maak jij het verschil

  • Je werkt in een gezellig team: samen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal lossen van grondstoffen uit schepen.
  • Je verricht de standaardcontroles voor het in gebruik nemen van de kraan en bobcat, verzorgt het gebruikersonderhoud en verhelpt kleine mankementen.
