Zur Verstärkung unseres Team in Vechta-Langförden suchen wir in Vollzeit einen

Rohwarenplaner / Mitarbeiter Einkaufsabwicklung (m/w/d)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Planung und Sicherstellung der Rohstoffversorgung für sieben Werke in Deutschland bei optimalen Kosten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Werken, Spediteuren und Lagerhaltern
  • Operative Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts inklusive Kommunikation und Transportkoordination
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung von Rohstofflieferverträgen sowie Erkennung von Fehlmengen
  • Bearbeitung und Freigabe von Transportrechnungen
  • Lösung kurzfristiger Lieferengpässe sowie Mitwirkung an der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Rohstoffplanung, Einkaufsabwicklung, Disposition oder Logistik von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen Abteilungen, Werken, Spediteuren und Lagerhaltern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
