  • Continual monitoring of live systems.
  • Proactive ticket management of the Digital Operations workload via the Kanban board.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams via MS Teams, email and regular calls to progress issues and understand the operational implications of changes within releases.
  • Provide operational support during non-functional testing of digital products.

Race weekends

  • Execute the operational procedures during race weekends to support live digital products.
  • Proactively monitor all elements of the user experience across F1’s digital products across various devices throughout the weekend, in conjunction with partner teams.
  • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ in Digital Operations - highlight non-standard user experience and work closely with customer services to provide advice and understand the impact on users.
  • Drive triage and problem resolution within live digital products in conjunction with partner teams and ensure detailed records are kept of significant events affecting service.
  • Ensure there is robust documentation sent to our pre-race event team internally and to our partners to ensure all key changes have been communicated.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
