Are you ready to make your mark in the world of Formula 1?

At Formula 1, we are passionate about delivering the world’s greatest sports and entertainment spectacle leaving a positive legacy wherever we race. Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do ever since our first Grand Prix in 1950. Now, more than 75 years on, the sport remains a pioneer, developing technologies that have made a significant impact on society beyond the track.

Everything you see on screen or at an event comes via our passionate and dedicated people. Whether its engineering, broadcast, legal, logistics, security, event management, commercial, media rights, marketing, or communications there is always a talented team working to maximise the potential of the sport.

Role Overview:

As the PA to the Director of Creative Solutions, you will be at the centre of one of Formula 1's most exciting and fast-moving functions, providing trusted support to a senior leader responsible for delivering world-class creative work across the sport.

In this role, you will be a true business partner, helping to manage priorities, coordinate key activities and ensure the smooth running of a dynamic and high-performing department. From managing complex diaries and international travel to supporting projects, presentations and stakeholder engagement, you will play a vital role in enabling the Director and wider team to perform at their best.

You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Formula 1, building strong relationships and acting as a key point of coordination across multiple teams. No two days will be the same, and you will thrive on bringing structure, organisation and efficiency to a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys working proactively, anticipating needs before they arise, and taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities. In return, you will gain exposure to senior leadership, contribute to the success of a globally recognised brand, and become an integral part of a team that is shaping the future of creative delivery at Formula 1.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive business and administrative support to the Director across day-to-day activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and actions are followed through.
  • Coordinate projects, maintain status tracking reports and proactively engage contributors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, agendas and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Organise meeting preparation, including research, agenda creation, minute-taking and distribution of actions.
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s diary, ensuring sufficient preparation and forward planning for meetings and commitments.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa applications and travel logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Screen enquiries and requests, ensuring responses are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Administer expenses, corporate card reconciliations and other finance-related administrative activities.
  • Support departmental budget administration and reporting activities.
  • Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with support teams when escalation is required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support when required in support of Director travel commitments.

  • Positive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing changing priorities with composure.
  • Friendly, approachable and professional, with a natural focus on delivering excellent stakeholder support.
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Have proven experience managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and executive administration.
  • Be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
