The posting

Do you enjoy fashion and interacting with people? Would you like to help customers find options that suit their style and needs?

We are looking for Sales Advisors for the clothing, footwear and accessories departments of a major department store in Marousi. The role combines personalised customer service with product presentation and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Presenting products and helping customers make their selections.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and keeping the stockroom organised.
  • Handling deliveries and arranging merchandise in the store.
  • Monitoring stock levels and participating in stocktakes.
  • Following customer service procedures and company sales policies.
  • Working with the team and informing customers about promotions and events.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in clothing, footwear or accessories retail will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and clearly present the available options.
  • Ability to work with colleagues to support customer service and store organisation.
  • Ability to adapt to daily priorities and a willingness to learn about products and procedures.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
