Sales Advisor - Regio BreeBen jij een persoonlijke adviseur in hart en nieren? Voor onze klant in de regio Bree zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven sales advisor voor een tijdelijke aanstelling met de mogelijkheid op een vast contract. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen de klant en onze producten.Kun jij goed luisteren en de juiste vragen stellen? Ja / NeeHeb je kennis van de automobielsector of ben je bereid dit te leren? Ja / NeeBen je een teamspeler die graag klanten blij maakt? Ja / NeeIn deze functie ga je aan de slag met de volgende taken:

  • Je luistert aandachtig naar de klanten, stelt de juiste vragen en gebruikt hun antwoorden, wensen en budget om hun specifieke behoeften te begrijpen.
  • Met jouw kennis van ons aanbod adviseer je klanten deskundig over Audi-modellen, financierings- en leasingsopties, accessoires en Audi A&M-diensten.
  • Na een testrit zorg je ervoor dat de klant helemaal overtuigd is van zijn keuze.
  • Je benut je vaardigheden in prospectie en netwerken om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken.
  • Je zorgt voor voortdurende opvolging door klanten op de hoogte te houden van de leveringsdatum van hun nieuwe Audi en blijft beschikbaar als hun persoonlijke contactpersoon.
  • Je maakt het aflevermoment van de nieuwe wagen bijzonder door uitstekende voorbereiding en gedetailleerde uitleg over de specificaties, waardoor de klant een unieke ervaring beleeft.

Als sales advisor krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen een toonaangevende en stabiele organisatie met ambitieuze groeiplannen. Je komt terecht in een warm, waardegedreven bedrijf met een informele sfeer, korte communicatielijnen en snelle besluitvorming.
