The posting

Are you an experienced Theatre Practitioner looking for the opportunity to combine clinical excellence with operational leadership? Fortius Clinic is seeking an exceptional Clinical Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in coordinating our Operating Theatre services and supporting the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Working closely with the Surgical Services Manager - Clinical Operations and fellow Clinical Operations Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership across the theatre department, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and effectively. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
