Om rollen Som Business Analytics Engineer hos oss blir du den tekniska arkitekten bakom vår datadrivna resa. Du bygger och underhåller länken mellan vår datainfrastruktur och den faktiska affärsanalysen. Istället för att bara arbeta med färdiga dashboards är det du som konstruerar de självgående system, automatiserade flöden och pålitliga datamodeller som gör storskalig analys möjlig.

Du blir den centrala bron mellan Data Engineering och affärsstrategi, där du agerar både som teknisk byggare och strategisk rådgivare.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Designa, bygga och underhålla skalbara dataflöden samt implementera KPI:er som kod.
  • Utveckla, träna och produktionssätta machine learning-system för bland annat prognoser och processoptimering.
  • Utveckla relevanta datamodeller för att underbygga vår "single source of truth".
  • Omvandla komplex affärslogik kring bland annat produkter och prissättning till smarta tekniska lösningar som gör det enkelt för hela organisationen att driva sin egen analys.

Din profil Vi söker dig som har ett metodiskt, nästan vetenskapligt angreppssätt till problemlösning och som tar fullt ägarskap för dina tekniska lösningar. Du har en god pedagogisk förmåga och trivs med att förklara komplexa koncept för kollegor utan teknisk bakgrund.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Utbildning: Examen från högskola eller universitet inom ett kvantitativt fält (t.ex. datateknik, ingenjörsvetenskap, statistik eller finansiell matematik).
  • Teknisk stack: Mycket goda kunskaper i SQL samt erfarenhet av Python för dataanalys, automatisering och machine learning.
  • BI-utveckling: Erfarenhet av BI-verktyg ur ett utvecklarperspektiv med tyngdpunkt på datamodellering framför visualisering.
  • Analytisk höjd: Stark förmåga att kvantifiera osäkerhet och säkerställa hög dataintegritet genom testning och validering.
  • Erfarenhet: Några års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet är meriterande, men vi värdesätter din tekniska potential och teoretiska grund mycket högt.
