Är du redo att ta nästa steg inom inkasso? Då kan du vara den Collection Specialist vi letar efter! Vi söker dig som verkligen brinner för inkassoprocessen och trivs när det händer saker. Hos oss får du en plats i en dynamisk miljö där du får ta eget ansvar och där ditt arbete ger konkreta, synliga resultat - perfekt för dig som gillar att se effekten av din insats!

I den här rollen blir du nyckelperson i hanteringen av obetalda fakturor. Du kommer att:

  • Hantera In och utgående telefoni kopplat till inkasso
  • Hantera mejl
  • Hantering av post både returer och myndighetsbrev
  • Upprätta amorteringsplaner
  • Hantering av betalningsföreläggande och verkställighet
  • Arbeta med olika utmätningsåtgärder
  • Arbeta med konkurser och skuldsanering
  • Hantering av efterbevakningsärenden
  • Hantering av bestridande

Om dig

Vi ser att du är en drivande och kommunikativ person och att du har en fin förmåga att skapa goda relationer! Telefonen är ett viktigt redskap för oss och det är därför viktigt att du är bekväm med både inkommande och utgående samtal. Vi söker dig som är noggrann och strukturerad, ansvarstagande och trygg i att fatta beslut under processen inom ramarna för våra rutiner och riktlinjer. Vi ser också att du behärskar svenska obehindrat i både tal och skrift.

För att lyckas med detta ser vi att du jobbat minst 2 år med den här typen av arbetsuppgifter i närtid. Vi ser det även som positivt om du har erfarenhet av systemet Aptic.

Upplärning kommer ska på vårt Malmökontor och vi ser därför att du kommer kunna vara på Malmökontoret 5-10 vardagar vid start.

Det är meriterande om du har universitetsexamen inom juridik och har arbetat som jurist på inkassobolag.
