Som Live Agent hos Fortnox blir du en viktig del av kundupplevelsen och stöttar företagare och redovisningsbyråer i deras dagliga arbete. Du hanterar inkommande ärenden via telefon, chatt och mejl och hjälper kunderna med frågor som bland annat rör fakturor och betalningar.

Under den första tiden i rollen ligger fokus främst på telefoni, så att du får en trygg start och möjlighet att lära känna systemen ordentligt. Därefter får du successivt bredda din roll och arbeta med fler kanaler.

I rollen som liveagent kommer du bland annat att:

  • Hjälpa kunder via telefon, chatt och mejl
  • Besvara frågor och vägleda kunder kring fakturor och betalningar
  • Stötta kunder i användningen av Fortnox funktioner och tjänster
  • Hantera och följa upp olika typer av kundärenden
  • Bidra till att varje kund får ett professionellt och trevligt bemötande

Detta är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att StudentConsulting sköter rekryteringsprocessen men du blir direktanställd av Fortnox. Tjänsten är på heltid med start i oktober/november. Arbetstiderna är förlagda under kontorstider.

Detta söker vi:

Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll med mycket kundkontakt. Du har ett lugnt och professionellt sätt och tycker om att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Du är förändringsbenägen och har förmåga att snabbt anpassa dig till nya arbetssätt och förutsättningar.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

  • Har bakgrund inom service, kundbemötande, butik, försäljning eller liknande
  • God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Är van vid att arbeta digitalt och snabbt lär dig nya system och verktyg
  • Är nyfiken på ekonomi och företagande

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kundkontakt via telefon
  • Ekonomiutbildning på gymnasie- eller universitetsnivå
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av supportarbete

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet där engagemang, servicekänsla och viljan att utvecklas värderas högt.
