Afdelingsverantwoordelijke productie in Olen: een voltijdse job in de voedingssector waarin je mee zorgt voor een vlotte productie en een sterk draaiend team.

Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat uiteenlopende voedingsproducten maakt voor de Belgische markt.

Jouw rol als afdelingsverantwoordelijke

  • Je stuurt het productieteam aan, verdeelt de taken en coördineert het werk op de afdeling.
  • Je volgt de planning op en zorgt dat de voorziene productiehoeveelheden worden gehaald.
  • Je zet machines, medewerkers en grondstoffen doordacht in en grijpt in bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Je waakt over voedselveiligheid, HACCP, reiniging en hygiëne. Bij onveilige situaties of kwaliteitsproblemen onderneem je actie.
  • Je registreert controles en productiegegevens, volgt rendementen op en werkt mee aan verbeteringen.

Je werkt in dagdienst, 39 uur per week. Van maandag tot en met donderdag loopt de werkdag van 7.15 tot 16.15 uur; op vrijdag van 6 tot 14 uur. Eerder starten is bespreekbaar.

Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar je mensen mee vooruithelpt en kwaliteit centraal staat.

  • Leidinggeven in een productieomgeving is voor jou vertrouwd terrein.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer iets beter kan.
  • Met jouw gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte aanpak houd je overzicht, ook wanneer er iets onverwachts gebeurt.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekende aandachtspunten in je werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet collega’s op een motiverende manier mee te nemen.
