The posting

· Verantwoordelijk voor de nodige kwaliteitscontroles. De back-up teamleader kan dit zelf doen of laten doen maar hij/zij moet ervoor zorgen dat deze controles gebeuren op vastgestelde tijdstippen volgens de kwaliteitsspecificaties van de gemaakte producten.

· Erop toezien dat de geproduceerde output effectief volgens de voorgeschreven regels wordt verpakt (correcte doos, aantal per doos, stapeling, properheid, ...). Regelmatig controles hierop uitvoeren.

· Maken van productieverslagen d.w.z. noteren van storingen, stilstanden van de verschillende productieapparatuur (machines, robots, matrijzen, grondstofinstallatie,...). Deze verslagen worden gemaakt terwijl het probleem zich voordoet.

· Vrijgeven van de productieomgeving na een matrijzenwissel.

· IML labels aanvullen, IML wissels correct doorvoeren.

· Kleurstoffen aanvullen en batch noteren op productiefiche.

· Verantwoordelijk voor de algemene netheid van de machines en de productieruimte.

· Ondersteunen van de teamleader bij het aansturen van inpakkers binnen de ploeg. Een degelijke werkverdeling uitleggen en erop toezien dat inpakkers aan het werk zijn. Wanneer acute problemen het werk verstoren wordt dit onmiddellijk gemeld aan de verantwoordelijke Productie of de Operations Manager (te veel storingen, te weinig personeel,...).

· Samen met de teamleader opleidingen geven aan inpakkers/operators, invullen en opvolgen van de opleidingsmatrix.

· Kennis van de algemene werkingsprocedures binnen het bedrijf, specifiek ook wat voedselveiligheid betreft.

· Kennis om kwaliteits- en productieverslagen correct neer te schrijven.

· Lezen en toepassen van de specifieke kwaliteits- en technische fiches.

· Kennis van het gebruik van de computer, scanner en printer.

· Kennis van (de locatie van) de nodige documentatie.

· In staat tot heldere en correcte communicatie aangaande problemen naar de verantwoordelijke Productie en collega teamleaders toe.

· Stressbestendig zijn.

· Minimum 1 jaar ervaring als operator/inpakker.
