Wil je als HR Officer in Oost-Vlaanderen meewerken aan een brede HR-werking, van loonadministratie tot interne communicatie? In deze functie ondersteun je een werkgever in de logistieke sector.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar een open, mensgerichte werkomgeving belangrijk is.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ondersteunt de salarisverwerking in eBlox en springt bij als back-up.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert loongegevens en volgt prestaties en afwezigheden mee op.
  • Je houdt personeelsgegevens en dossiers in AFAS actueel en ondersteunt administratie rond instroom, functiewijzigingen en vertrek.
  • Je helpt collega's met praktische HR-vragen en stemt complexere vragen af met het team.
  • Je verzorgt berichten op de interne communicatieapp en ondersteunt waar nodig rekrutering, onboarding, opleidingen en medewerkersinitiatieven.

  • Je communiceert vlot en maakt graag heldere, toegankelijke berichten. In het Nederlands voel je je vlot uit; kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
