Voor een groeiend familiebedrijf dat verse aardappelproducten levert aan horeca, retail en industrie zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Manager

Je leidt je team en coacht hun waar nodig. samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en kwaliteitsmedewerkers ga je het team verder ontwikkelen.

  • Je creëert een sterke kwaliteitscultuur
  • je bent een aanspreekpunt voor vragen en ondersteuning

Je zal instaan voor kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeheer.

  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsnormen binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verder ontwikkelen en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteitsindicatoren en rapporteren van resultaten.

Je houdt een streng oog op het proces en probeert het continu te verbeteren

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsrondes op de werkvloer.
  • Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen in processen en producten.
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeteracties om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Samenwerken met productie, technische dienst en andere afdelingen om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te realiseren.

Je detecteert afwijkingen, behandelt klachten en voert corrigerende acties uit waar nodig.

  • Onderzoeken en opvolgen van interne afwijkingen en klantenklachten
  • Uitwerken en bewaken van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyses en opvolgen van verbeterplannen
  • Je zorgt voor continue verbetering

Je ondersteunt audits en certificeringen

  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.
  • Mee instaan voor het behoud en de verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteitscertificeringen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van procedures, werkinstructies en registraties binnen het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of ervaring in een relevante sector.
  • 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om medewerkers te motiveren rond kwaliteit.
