About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team. In this role, you will support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through thoughtful attention to detail, seamless teamwork, and genuine hospitality. You will play an important part in creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

What You Will Do

● Prepare and stock linen, china, silverware, and glassware, ensuring all items are polished and in excellent condition. ● Warmly welcome guests and assist with food and beverage service, explaining menu offerings and anticipating guest needs. ● Prepare condiments and garnishes to support efficient and consistent service. ● Assist with delivering food from the kitchen, safely transporting trays, and clearing tables while maintaining exceptional service standards.

● A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. ● Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. ● Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and colleagues. ● Ability to safely carry and balance serving trays. ● A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

What to Expect
