The posting

Conduzir, com autonomia, as apurações de tributos diretos e indiretos, a entrega de obrigações acessórias (SPED, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb) e o atendimento a fiscalizações, garantindo aderência normativa, qualidade das informações e mitigação de riscos. Atua na melhoria contínua de processos fiscais e na integração com Contábil, Financeiro e Jurídico.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Conduzir apurações de tributos diretos e indiretos de média e alta complexidade.
  • Garantir a entrega das obrigações acessórias no prazo e com qualidade técnica.
  • Revisar parametrizações fiscais e processos de apuração no Protheus.
  • Apoiar revisões e defesas fiscais administrativas, sob supervisão da coordenação.
  • Participar de auditorias internas e externas, assegurando coerência das informações.
  • Elaborar relatórios e análises tributárias de suporte à gestão.
  • Implementar melhorias em processos fiscais e controles de compliance.
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance fiscal (entregas, contingências, não conformidades).
  • Propor ajustes operacionais e validar fluxos de integração entre áreas.
  • Treinar e orientar analistas juniores e assistentes em rotinas fiscais.
  • Contribuir com a elaboração de políticas internas de conformidade tributária.
  • Participar da digitalização e automação das rotinas fiscais.
  • Apoiar o atendimento a fiscalizações complexas, fornecendo subsídios técnicos.
  • Elaborar relatórios de contingência e suportar decisões estratégicas da área.

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:

  • Formação: Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou Administração.
  • Especializações desejáveis: Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Tributária, Compliance Fiscal ou Planejamento Tributário.
  • Experiência: 3–5 de experiência em apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos, obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb), conciliações e atendimento a fiscalizações.
  • Ferramentas: ERP Protheus (módulo fiscal – avançado). Power BI (intermediário). Excel avançado e Power Query. Sistemas de auditoria e compliance fiscal. Plataformas de workflow e controle de documentos (SharePoint, Power Automate).
