Missão do Cargo

Assegurar a correta aplicação da legislação tributária nas operações da empresa, acompanhando alterações legais e garantindo a conformidade fiscal das atividades, mitigando riscos e prevenindo penalidades.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar e acompanhar a legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal, identificando alterações que possam impactar as operações da empresa.
  • Analisar mudanças na legislação fiscal, propondo adequações nos processos e operações para garantir conformidade legal.
  • Realizar a apuração e conferência de tributos, assegurando o correto cumprimento das obrigações fiscais.
  • Elaborar, validar e transmitir obrigações acessórias, garantindo o envio dentro dos prazos e exigências legais.
  • Conferir registros e documentos fiscais, identificando e corrigindo inconsistências entre documentos e escrituração.
  • Emitir guias para recolhimento de tributos e acompanhar os respectivos vencimentos.
  • Prestar suporte técnico às filiais e demais áreas da empresa, orientando sobre procedimentos e regras fiscais.
  • Avaliar os impactos das alterações tributárias sobre os processos e operações da companhia.
  • Revisar controles, processos e rotinas fiscais, propondo melhorias que promovam maior eficiência e segurança operacional.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentações relacionadas à área fiscal.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área fiscal, com atuação em apuração e controle de tributos.
  • Conhecimento da legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal.
  • Conhecimento em ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, ISS e retenções na fonte.
  • Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias fiscais.
  • Pacote Office intermediário.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em área tributária, fiscal ou correlata.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão fiscal.
  • Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em processos de auditoria fiscal e controles internos.
  • Cursos de atualização na área tributária e fiscal.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel e análise de dados.
