Você vai atuar no coração da operação, garantindo embarques de importação e exportação com eficiência, custo competitivo e atendimento próximo ao cliente. É uma oportunidade presencial para aprender com o time, ganhar autonomia e se desenvolver em um ambiente dinâmico.

  • Gerenciar embarques de importação e exportação (marítimo, aéreo e rodoviário).
  • Formular propostas comerciais e cotações de frete para clientes.
  • Solicitar e reservar bookings em sistemas de armadores para exportação.
  • Realizar cotações de frete rodoviário e acompanhar custos logísticos.
  • Prospectar, atender e desenvolver relacionamento com agentes nacionais e internacionais.
  • Acompanhar toda a rotina documental e operacional dos embarques.
  • Atuar em parceria com o time para resolver imprevistos e garantir nível de serviço.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação em Comércio Exterior, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Sólida experiência como Princing, Agente de Cargas ou Freight Forwarder.
  • Experiência prévia em agenciamento de fretes de importação e exportação.
  • Domínio dos processos de embarque marítimo, aéreo e rodoviário.
  • Conhecimento de Incoterms, documentos de carga e sistemas de armadores.
  • Visão analítica para comparar custos, prazos e rotas.
  • Habilidade de negociação e relacionamento com clientes e agentes.
  • Inglês avançado para contato com parceiros internacionais.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em ambiente de operador logístico, NVOCC ou agente de cargas.
  • Experiência com prospecção ativa de agentes internacionais.
  • Atuação prévia em times enxutos, com alta autonomia e ritmo acelerado.
