Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver digital products from discovery and requirements through to launch and continuous improvement.

You will own the product backlog and roadmap, work closely with design and engineering teams, and use user research and data to guide product decisions.

The role requires a strong understanding of user needs, business requirements, and delivery priorities, with the ability to translate these into clear product requirements and successful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap across key user journeys.
  • Translate user research, stakeholder needs, and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise features based on user needs, business impact, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
  • Understand different user groups and ensure product experiences address their varying needs and contexts.
  • Define product success metrics and monitor product performance to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Plan and conduct product discovery, user research, and validation activities.
  • Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Partner closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to take features from concept through development and release.
  • Manage stakeholders across different teams and communicate product direction, priorities, trade-offs, and rationale clearly.
  • Identify product risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and work with relevant teams to address them.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback, data, and evolving requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products.
  • Strong product management capabilities across requirements definition, backlog management, feature prioritisation, and roadmapping.
  • Experience taking digital products or major features from discovery through development and release.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics, and insights to make product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery and user research, including planning research activities and translating findings into product improvements.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, software engineers, and other technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development and delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering workflow, case management, scheduling, records management, dashboard, or similar digital platforms.
  • Experience working on large-scale digital products serving multiple user groups.
  • Experience operating within complex, regulated, or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Familiarity with user-centred design and modern digital product development practices.

Personal Attributes

  • User-focused: Keeps user needs and outcomes at the centre of product decisions.
  • Data-driven: Uses evidence, research, and metrics to guide prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Structured: Able to turn complex requirements into clear product priorities and actionable plans.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively across product, design, engineering, and business teams.
  • Pragmatic: Makes sensible trade-offs between user needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and timelines.
  • Ownership-driven: Takes responsibility for the product from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
