The posting

Apoyar la ejecución, control y seguimiento de los procesos productivos del área de fundición, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los planes de producción, estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa, mediante el monitoreo de las operaciones, la recolección y análisis de información, y la participación en iniciativas de mejora continua que optimicen el desempeño de los procesos.

Key Responsibilities

Apoyar el seguimiento diario de las operaciones de producción en el proceso de fundición.

Verificar el cumplimiento de los programas y órdenes de producción establecidos.

Registrar y consolidar información relacionada con producción, tiempos de proceso, rendimientos y desperdicios.

Apoyar el control y seguimiento de los indicadores de gestión del área de producción.

Realizar acompañamiento en la inspección de materias primas, productos en proceso y producto terminado, según los procedimientos establecidos.

Colaborar en la identificación y análisis de causas de rechazos, reprocesos y pérdidas de producción.

Apoyar la implementación de acciones de mejora orientadas a incrementar la productividad y eficiencia de los procesos de fundición.

Participar en actividades relacionadas con la optimización de recursos, reducción de tiempos improductivos y control de costos operativos.

Apoyar la elaboración de informes y reportes de gestión para la toma de decisiones del área.

Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y estándares de trabajo.

Colaborar en actividades de orden y aseo bajo metodologías de mejora continua y buenas prácticas de manufactura.

Apoyar la gestión documental y actualización de registros propios del proceso productivo.

Participar en reuniones de producción y aportar información para el análisis del desempeño operativo.

Cumplir y promover las normas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, medio ambiente y demás políticas organizacionales aplicables al proceso de fundición.

Desarrollar las demás actividades de apoyo asignadas por el jefe inmediato que contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área
