Principais responsabilidades

Quais serão as suas principais responsabilidades?

  • Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e organização de contratos, procurações e demais documentos jurídicos;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos, incluindo atualização de informações em sistemas de gestão jurídica;
  • Prestar suporte às demandas da área jurídica, realizando pesquisas;
  • Auxiliar no controle de documentos societários, relatórios e indicadores da área;
  • Dar suporte na interação com escritórios externos e áreas internas da empresa.

  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
