Il Material Planner, lavorando a stretto contatto con i pianificatori della produzione, gestisce l’approvvigionamento e il controllo dell’inventario per tutte le parti assegnate ed è responsabile della corretta gestione della giacenza e del valore del materiale di acquisto, nell’ottica di soddisfare la domanda del cliente finale.

Key Responsibilities

· Gestisce l’approvvigionamento delle materie prime e dei semilavorati o prodotti finiti assegnati, come suggerito dal sistema ERP aziendale, assicurando la consegna nei termini e nelle quantità richieste dai piani di produzione schedulati dalla pianifica

· Gestisce i fornitori di conto lavorazione esterni all’azienda, gestione dei relativi ordini e della logistica dei materiali spediti per le lavorazioni

· Partecipa alla riunione giornaliera di pianifica della produzione, assicurando le consegne dei materiali mancanti

· Gestisce la corrispondenza giornaliera con i fornitori assegnati, compresa la restituzione dei materiali difettosi per problemi qualitativi

· Assicura, in collaborazione con il magazzino, la corretta giacenza degli articoli gestiti, eseguendo, se necessario, le rettifiche inventariali
