Planear, dirigir y controlar la gestión integral de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de la maquinaria, equipos, herramientas e infraestructura de la planta de producción, garantizando su disponibilidad, confiabilidad y vida útil mediante la ejecución oportuna de actividades técnicas, la administración eficiente de recursos, la gestión documental, la supervisión de proveedores y el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, con el fin de asegurar la continuidad operacional y la optimización de los procesos productivos.

Key Responsibilities

  • | Realizar el recorrido en la planta de producción, verificar suministro de agua potable, gas glp y funcionamiento de compresores de aire, novedades que tengan las maquinas y equipos Revisar minutas diarias de trabajo de los técnicos y diligenciar bitácora con las novedades presentadas y labores realizadas durante el día anterior | Atender averías en maquinas, equipos y herramientas en la planta de producción Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a maquinas, equipos y herramientas en la planta de producción Trasladar, adecuar e instalar maquinas y equipos nuevos y usados en la planta de producción Gestionar y/o ejecutar arreglos locativos en oficinas y planta de producción | Recibir pedidos de compras pertenecientes al área de mantenimiento Solicitar insumos y/o repuestos para el área de mantenimiento Comprar y recoger repuestos e insumos por caja menor Dar cumplimiento al inventario de herramientas Elaborar informes técnicos para dar de baja a herramientas y equipos de producción. | Realizar seguimiento, orden y aseo en el patio de sustancias químicas Inspeccionar y probar el equipo contraincendios. Inspeccionar secuencialmente los gabinetes de la red contraincendios, uno diferente cada mes. Hacer acompañamiento al suministro de GLP Diligenciar formatos de permiso de trabajo en alturas, análisis de trabajo seguro y lista de chequeo de equipos de protección contra caídas Realizar acompañamiento a proveedores a cargo de mantenimiento en planta de producción | Organizar, escanear y archivar informes técnicos de servicios prestados por contratistas de mantenimiento Organizar carpetas y documentación digital de la gestión del área de mantenimiento Consolidar información y diligenciar tablas de indicadores de mantenimiento: tiempos de parada maquina, averías vs horas y servicios públicos | Elaborar hojas de vida para maquinas, equipos y herramientas nuevas y usadas. Escanear y organizar fichas técnicas y manuales de operación de herramientas, maquinas y equipos.
