Leadership en teambeheer

  • Leiding geven aan een klein team op een van onze instore afdelingen
  • Een rolmodel zijn op het gebied van klantervaring en een team trainen om deze ervaring consistent te leveren.
  • Een ondersteunende en motiverende werkomgeving voor collega's creëren.
  • Het best mogelijke team ontwikkelen door opvolgingsstrategieën te plannen.

Visuele merchandising

  • Je leidt het team bij het leveren van een nauwgezette winkelpresentatie en bent trots op het implementeren van visuele merchandisingstandaarden die aansluiten bij het Sports Direct-merk

Verkoop en bedrijfsvoering

  • Je speelt een fundamentele rol in het behalen van resultaten en het overtreffen van doelen, door de winkelprestaties maximaal te laten zijn.
  • Je geeft leiding aan het team om ervoor te zorgen dat ze effectief zijn en altijd de beste praktijken volgen om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te halen en het profiel van de winkel te verbeteren.

  • We zetten ons in om onze werknemers te helpen hun persoonlijke en professionele doelen te bereiken, met name door middel van op maat gemaakte programma's.
