  • Advising on intercreditor arrangements, participations, syndications, collateral structures, lien perfection and insolvency-related issues
  • Negotiating and documenting financing, transfer and other transaction agreements
  • Advising on portfolio acquisitions, servicing transfers and counterparty strategic transactions, including M&A-related matters
  • Translating complex legal issues into clear, practical advice for senior business stakeholders
  • Helping develop and implement new transaction structures and solutions

Qualifications

  • JD and active bar membership in good standing
  • At least 5 years of transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Significant experience in one or more of the following: secured finance, structured finance, private credit, leveraged finance, corporate / M&A, asset-based lending, real estate finance, or other complex transactional practices
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and judgment
  • Ability to lead transactions from structuring through closing and post-closing execution
  • Ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment

Keys to Success

  • Technical Excellence — Excellent drafting and negotiating skills with precise, effective written and oral communication
  • Problem-Solver — Creative thinker who develops practical solutions to complex legal and business challenges
  • Prioritization — Skilled at managing multiple matters simultaneously without losing focus or momentum
  • Relationship Builder — Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and business partners

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
