  • Offer astute analysis of trends, whether at the individual property level or across the global portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive reports related to property performance.
  • Scrutinize monthly statements to ensure guarantor payments are accurate and subordination levels are maintained.
  • Engage in special projects that challenge and expand your expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in the real estate, banking, or finance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate property fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including creating macros, tables, and charts, required
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Keys to Success in this Role:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
