Familie og Sundhedsfremme søger afløsere til familier med hjemmeboende børn med funktionsnedsættelser.

Formålet med afløsning er at give familierne et pusterum i hverdagen. Opgaven består ofte i at være sammen med barnet eller den unge og give støtte i deres daglige aktiviteter.

Kriterierne for at blive afløser er bl.a.:

  • Du er fyldt 18 år.
  • Du er interesseret i at arbejde med et barn, der har en funktionsnedsættelse.
  • Du er indstillet på at arbejde hos den samme familie i minimum et år.
  • Du er villig til at løse de opgaver, som bevillingen beskriver.
  • Du er indstillet på transporttid og eventuelle transportudgifter, da familierne bor i hele Fredericia Kommune.

Som afløser bliver du ansat på timeløn. Lønnen beregnes efter gældende takster på løntrin 13 for ikke-tjenestemænd i henhold til aftalen om lønninger for kommunalt ansatte. Arbejdstiden ligger i gennemsnit 3-7 timer ugentligt.
