Freeland Chevrolet is looking for the Bilingual Service Advisor to assist our customers. If you have the experience and track record or somewhat new to the business but have an incredible drive and desire to serve our customers please keep reading...

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help our customers solve their transportation needs.
  • Obtain vehicle information
  • Dispatch work to technicians
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time and parts estimated arrival
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Great communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with latest technology.
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is desired.
  • High energy level and desire to serve.
  • Commitment to a long term career with a growing organization.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
