Als HR Services Specialist ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze HR-afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen, bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze personeelsadministratie en ondersteunt medewerkers en managers bij uiteenlopende HR-vragen. Daarbij schakel je moeiteloos tussen operationele werkzaamheden en complexe casuïstiek.

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is. Sterker nog, je ziet kansen waar anderen uitdagingen zien. Met jouw proactieve houding draag je bij aan het verder professionaliseren van onze HR-dienstverlening en help je meebouwen aan een sterke HR-organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. In deze veelzijdige functie houd je je onder andere bezig met:

• Het verzorgen en bewaken van een correcte HR-administratie gedurende de gehele employee lifecycle.

• Het ondersteunen van medewerkers en managers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.

• Het verwerken en controleren van mutaties ten behoeve van de salarisadministratie.

• Het adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden, HR-processen en cao-vraagstukken.

• Het beheren en optimaliseren van HR-systemen en digitale HR-processen.

• Het begeleiden van internationale medewerkers bij visumaanvragen en de toepassing van de 30%-regeling.

• Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief meedenken in procesoptimalisaties.

• Het samenwerken met collega's binnen HR om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige HR-professional die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten kan stellen en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Een mbo+ of hbo-diploma in HR, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.

• Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring binnen HR Operations, HR Services of een vergelijkbare HR-functie.

• Aantoonbare ervaring met HR-administratie en employee lifecycle management.

• Ervaring met Workday of een vergelijkbaar HR-systeem; ervaring met Workday is een sterke pre.

• Affiniteit met HR-systemen en digitalisering van processen.

• Kennis van salarisverwerking en payrollprocessen.

• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving.

• Ervaring met het beantwoorden van HR-vraagstukken en werken binnen een HR-servicedesk of ticketomgeving.

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van het Engels.

• Ervaring met visumaanvragen en de 30%-regeling.
