Misión del Puesto

Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de Servicio Técnico Medtech, mediante la gestión eficiente de órdenes de servicio, documentación y contratos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad. Asimismo, coordinar la solicitud, entrega y recepción de equipos, y mantener la información al día en Kabitrack para garantizar una operación técnica organizada y orientada al cliente.

Funciones Principales

  • Atender, crear, modificar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de servicio, sobre las solicitudes de los clientes internos y externos de actividades de servicio técnico, para asegurar el registro completo y el seguimiento adecuado de cada intervención técnica.
  • Organizar y entregar documentación requerida, sobre procesos comerciales, licitaciones y actividades del Servicio Técnico, para garantizar información oportuna y ordenada que facilite la gestión comercial y técnica.
  • Monitorear los estados, plazos y cumplimientos de contratos vigentes, sobre contratos de equipos en comodato en clientes, para garantizar el cumplimiento de compromisos y evitar retrasos e incumplimientos.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y lineamientos, sobre las actividades operativas del equipo técnico, para asegurar un servicio confiable, consistente y alineado con las políticas de calidad.
  • Ingresar, actualizar y controlar los datos, sobre equipos, órdenes de trabajo, movimientos y estados, para mantener trazabilidad y reportes confiables que respalden la operación.
  • Revisar, ajustar y documentar procedimientos, sobre procesos internos y globales del Servicio Técnico, para asegurar prácticas actualizadas, uniformes y alineadas a normativas del corporativo.
  • Gestionar la salida, recepción y control de equipos enviados a calibración, sobre el cronograma de calibración de equipos médicos, para garantizar la continuidad del servicio y mantener equipos confiables y certificados.

Requisitos

  • Estudios deseables en Ingenieria Industrial, Ingenieria de procesos o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos en procesos y procedimientos, inventario.
  • Manejo de utilitarios (Excel Intermedio), Ingles basico intermedio deseable.
