Misión del Puesto

Impulsar la educación continua médica y generar la demanda de productos de la línea de Nutrición Clínica en instituciones de salud asignadas y de los servicios especializados, fortaleciendo alianzas con profesionales de la salud a fin de asegurar la aplicación correcta de los productos y el logro de los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Promocionar los productos del portafolio de la línea de Nutrición Clínica mediante visitas médicas programadas, difusión científica y asesoría personalizada a los profesionales de salud, a fin de lograr su requerimiento, prescripción e incorporación en las instituciones hospitalarias.
  • Organizar y ejecutar charlas técnicas, talleres y/o capacitaciones dirigidas al personal de salud en áreas críticas, a fin de fomentar el adecuado uso de los productos y contribuir a su rotación efectiva en el centro de salud.
  • Planificar las actividades de campo y registrar en Salesforce el cumplimiento de visitas, charlas y resultados, a fin de garantizar el logro de los KPIs establecidos y facilitar el seguimiento de la gestión promocional.
  • Asesorar y elaborar expedientes para la inclusión de medicamentos fuera del PNUME ante con las Jefaturas de Departamento y Servicios Críticos, Jefaturas de Farmacia, Miembros del Comité Fármaco Terapéutico Hospitalario, Sociedades médicas estratégicas, a fin de facilitar su validación institucional y sustentar su demanda.
  • Solicitar y dar seguimiento a las cotizaciones u órdenes de compra de los productos del portafolio, a fin de asegurar una gestión comercial eficiente y alineada con los flujos operativos del cliente institucional.
  • Recolectar y analizar información clave del cliente, los centros de salud y de la competencia, a fin de contribuir a la inteligencia comercial que sustente estrategias y oportunidades de posicionamiento para los productos de anestesia.

Requisitos

  • Profesional de la carrera de Nutrición o Profesionales de carreras de ciencias de la salud
  • COnocimiento de: Windows y Microsoft Office: Word y Excel, PBI y Power Point intermedio. Deseable conocimientos de ventas o marketing.
  • Nivel básico de Ingles
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en nutrición o especialista de línea en el sector salud.
