El objetivo principal del puesto es gestionar integralmente los procesos de licitación y contratación de organismos públicos y privados, asegurando la presentación oportuna y correcta de ofertas técnicas, económicas y administrativas para nuestro el portafolio, contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio mediante la obtención y administración eficiente de adjudicaciones y contratos. Las responsabilidades están alineadas con el procedimiento vigente del Sistema de Licitaciones y la gestión de ofertas, comparativas, adjudicaciones y órdenes de compra.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Secundario completo, Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Comercialización o afines

Experiencia

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en licitaciones públicas y privadas.
  • Será valorada experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, dispositivos médicos, nutrición clínica o empresas de salud.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de hospitales públicos, organismos nacionales, provinciales y municipales.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Interpretación de pliegos y normativa de contratación pública.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • SAP (deseable).
  • Portales de contratación pública y privada.
  • Herramientas de análisis de datos y elaboración de reportes.
  • Conocimiento de procesos comerciales, pricing y gestión contractual

Valoraremos especialmente experiencia en licitaciones hospitalarias de medicamentos, nutrición enteral y parenteral, dispositivos médicos y productos para instituciones de salud públicas y privadas.
