RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Detección de Oportunidades: Monitoreo diario de licitaciones públicas y privadas en portales locales e internacionales (COMPR.AR, BAC, PBAC).
  • Análisis de Pliegos: Evaluación técnica, legal y financiera de Pliegos de Bases y Condiciones.
  • Armado de Legajos y Costos: Confección de propuestas integrales, cotización de esquemas de staffing y gestión de registros de proveedores.
  • Garantías y Caución: Tramitación y control de pólizas de caución para mantenimiento de oferta y cumplimiento de contrato.
  • Gestión Post-Adjudicación: Seguimiento de contratos, cobranzas y soporte en estrategias de expansión B2G en LATAM y EE. UU.

REQUISITOS

  • Educación: Graduado/a (o estudiante avanzado) de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Comercio Internacional, Comercialización, Ciencia Política, Contador Público o afines.
  • Experiencia: 4 a 5 años en gestión integral de licitaciones públicas y privadas (deseable en empresas de servicios, IT o consultoría).
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo avanzado de portales estatales (COMPR.AR, BAC, PBAC), CRM, análisis de pliegos, cálculo de costos, normativas de contratación pública y pólizas de caución.
  • Herramientas Informáticas: Dominio de Excel analítico y paquete Office. Inglés intermedio/avanzado deseable.
  • Competencias Clave: Rigurosidad, atención al detalle, organización bajo plazos estrictos, visión comercial y capacidad de liderazgo.

  • Tipo de Contrato: Relación de dependencia.
  • Modalidad de Trabajo: Híbrida (Esquema 4x1: 4 días remotos y 1 presencial semanal en Vicente Lopez).
  • Jornada Laboral: Lunes a Viernes (Full-time).
