Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Inbound-Anfragen vom ersten Kontakt an und steuerst den gesamten Akquiseprozess
  • Du erarbeitest kreative Konzepte und präsentierst diese souverän in Pitches und Workshops
  • Die Erstellung von Angeboten sowie die Kalkulation und Verhandlung gehören zu deinem Kernbereich
  • Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in begleitest du Projekte und identifizierst proaktiv Upselling-Potenziale
  • Du gewinnst neue Kunden für uns und entwickelst unser bestehendes Portfolio strategisch weiter
  • In enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team optimierst du unsere Vertriebsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder einem Digitalunternehmen, idealerweise in den Bereichen Beratung, Design, Entwicklung oder Projektmanagement
  • Projekte rund um Website-Relaunches und CMS-Lösungen sind dein vertrautes Terrain und du weißt genau, worauf es in der Umsetzung ankommt
  • Erfolgreiche Neukundengewinnung und die strategische Entwicklung unserer Bestandskunden sind dein täglicher Antrieb
  • Souveränes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte in überzeugende Business-Cases zu übersetzen, zeichnen dich aus
  • Dein Handeln ist geprägt von einer unternehmerischen Denkweise und einem sicheren Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
