Du kannst aus einer Strategie einen Redaktionsplan entwickeln und aus Rohmaterial Content, der Menschen wirklich erreicht? Du hast Lust, Verantwortung für Kunden und deren Content zu übernehmen und Social Media redaktionell, strategisch und in der Produktion durchzudenken?

Dann suchen wir dich als Senior Social Media & Video Editor (m/w/d) für unser adfriends-Team!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Social-Media-Formate und Redaktionskonzepte entlang von Markenstrategie, Zielgruppen und Plattformlogiken und übernimmst die Redaktionsplanung inkl. Posting
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung ihrer Social Accounts und bringst eigene Ideen und Impulse ein
  • Du verantwortest das Community Management und Publishing ausgewählter Accounts und entwickelst unsere Redaktionsleitfäden und Content-Guidelines kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du bereitest redaktionelle Drehs vor, bist vor Ort redaktionell verantwortlich, führst Interviews und erkennst bereits am Set, welche Geschichten, Szenen und Assets für Social funktionieren
  • Du übernimmst den redaktionellen Schnitt in Adobe Premiere, entwickelst aus Rohmaterial plattformgerechte Social Assets und koordinierst externe sowie interne Cutter in der Postproduktion
  • Du textest Captions, Hooks und Social Copy für Organic Content sowie Texte und Headlines für Kampagnen und andere Kommunikationsformate

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Redaktion, Content oder Video mit – idealerweise auf Agentur- oder Produktionsseite
  • Du denkst strategisch und redaktionell, kannst aber genauso gut selbst ins Tool gehen und Content umsetzen
  • Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Social Trends, Plattformlogiken und relevante Formate zeichnet dich aus
  • Deine Kenntnisse in Adobe Premiere sind sehr gut - weitere Adobe-Programme sind ein Plus
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der redaktionellen Drehvorbereitung und Drehbegleitung
  • Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für Sprache, Storytelling und unterschiedliche Brand Tonalities
  • Beratungskompetenz zeichnet dich aus: Du kannst Kunden gegenüber souverän auftreten, beraten und deine Empfehlungen argumentieren
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Kunden und Produktionen den Überblick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
