Missão do Cargo

Executar e controlar as rotinas de Contas a Receber, assegurando a correta identificação, conciliação e baixa dos recebimentos, bem como a conferência das operações de cartões e demais meios de pagamento. Contribuir para a confiabilidade das informações financeiras, a redução da inadimplência, a organização dos processos e o suporte à gestão financeira da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar o controle, acompanhamento e gestão dos títulos a receber.
  • Efetuar a baixa de recebimentos no sistema, garantindo a correta atualização das informações financeiras.
  • Realizar a conciliação de cartões de crédito, débito e demais meios de pagamento, identificando divergências e promovendo as devidas tratativas.
  • Conferir extratos bancários e realizar conciliações financeiras, assegurando a integridade dos registros.
  • Identificar e analisar divergências relacionadas a valores, prazos, documentos e recebimentos, propondo soluções para regularização.
  • Apoiar as ações de cobrança preventiva e ativa, contribuindo para a redução da inadimplência.
  • Emitir e analisar relatórios de contas a receber, inadimplência, aging e demais indicadores da área.
  • Prestar atendimento a clientes internos e externos para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas aos recebimentos e conciliações.
  • Apoiar os processos de fechamento financeiro mensal, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Organizar e manter atualizados os documentos e arquivos físicos e digitais da área financeira.
  • Contribuir com a identificação e implementação de melhorias nos processos de Contas a Receber e conciliação financeira.
  • Zelar pela confiabilidade das informações financeiras, seguindo normas internas, políticas e procedimentos da empresa.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de Contas a Receber.
  • Conhecimento básico em conciliação financeira e processos de cobrança.
  • Excel em nível básico ou intermediário.
  • Desejável experiência com sistemas ERP.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência com conciliação de cartões de crédito, débito e demais meios de pagamento.
  • Conhecimento em processos de conciliação bancária.
  • Familiaridade com indicadores financeiros, como aging e inadimplência.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação ou análise de dados (Power BI será considerado um diferencial).
