Graduação em Administração ou Ciências Contábeis.

Gestão de rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber: lançar, acompanhar e controlar pagamentos e recebimentos, garantindo a acurácia dos dados.

Fluxo de caixa: acompanhar e projetar o fluxo de caixa da empresa, analisando entradas e saídas e sinalizando impactos financeiros.

Conciliações bancárias: conferir e reconciliar saldos bancários com os registros internos.

Elaboração e análise de relatórios financeiros: gerar relatórios gerenciais, demonstrativos e indicadores que auxiliem na tomada de decisão.

Controle de documentação fiscal e financeira: emissão, conferência e registro de notas fiscais e demais documentos, mantendo arquivamento organizado.

Negociação e relacionamento: quando aplicável, apoiar negociações com fornecedores e clientes, além de manter bom relacionamento com áreas internas.

Suporte à gestão financeira estratégica: análises de desempenho, identificação de oportunidades de economia e auxílio no planejamento financeiro.
