​Missão do Cargo

Coordenar as vendas da unidade, atuando diretamente no desenvolvimento da equipe comercial, na gestão da carteira de clientes, no monitoramento de desempenho e na prospecção de novos negócios, além de apoiar negociações mais complexas, visando à maximização dos resultados e ao crescimento sustentável da empresa.

​Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar vendas da Unidade, atuando diretamente no desenvolvimento dos vendedores, analisando carteira de clientes, monitorando desempenho, prospectando novos negócios bem como apoiar em situações de negociações mais complexas, alavancando resultados para a Empresa;
  • Coordenar a equipe de vendas, conhecendo todos os processos, treinando e capacitando a equipe para o pleno desenvolvimento dos trabalhos da área, respeitando as regras disciplinares da Empresa;
  • Participar do monitoramento ou monitorar carteira de clientes da equipe, acompanhando os resultados diários de vendas, realocando clientes caso necessário, com o intuito de obter um equilíbrio ideal entre número de clientes atendidos por vendedor e nível (qualidade) de atendimento prestado;
  • Acompanhar as metas de vendas, através de controles internos, atuando de forma corretiva nas distorções encontradas e tomando as providências junto à equipe para o atingimento esperado;
  • Orientar a equipe nas negociações, no desenvolvimento de novos clientes (pessoa física e jurídica), liberando descontos dentro dos limites de alçada, divulgando promoções, visitando clientes quando necessário, cumprindo as normas comerciais, financeiras e de logística da Empresa, com o objetivo de minimizar riscos e alavancar resultados para a Organização;
  • Auxiliar nas atividades de mapeamento do mercado em potencial, buscando maiores possibilidades de vendas com a identificação das necessidades específicas de cada cliente;
  • Analisar chamados do pós-vendas, direcionando às áreas especialistas para solução da demanda, atuando e monitorando o resultado junto às áreas envolvidas;
  • Manter relacionamento com áreas de apoio (Comercial, Financeiro, RH, TI e Logística) objetivando resoluções de problemas;
  • Apoiar na administração de pessoas (admissão, avaliação do desempenho, feedback e desligamentos) e no pleno funcionamento da loja no que tange as rotinas diárias.

Requisitos Básicos

  • Imprescindível formação superior completa ou em andamento em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Engenharias, Economia, Contabilidade, Área afins;
  • Imprescindível conhecimento em tecnologias: E-mail, Sistemas, Telefonia, Office (Word, Excel);
  • Desejável experiência de no mínimo 2 ano com vendas;
  • Conhecimento e experiência com liderança de equipes comerciais.

Requisitos desejáveis ​

  • Administração de vendas nos segmentos de atacado e varejo;
  • Conhecimento e experiência em refrigeração será considerado um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento na de refrigeração e climatização.
