A venda de joias matrimoniais é muito desafiadora por se tratar de produtos extremamente necessário a todos os publicos independente de nível cultural ou financeiro, exigindo que a equipe de vendas seja flexível e dinâmica.. Para isso precisamos de profissionais diferenciados, capazes de se adequar a diferentes cenários de atendimento em busca de seus objetivos.

O cargo de coordenação de vendas é muito estratégico e voltado para profissionais que já atuaram em gestão ou liderança de vendas e desejam aplicar sua expertise em um ambiente de alto valor e forte propósito.

Além do salário base o Coordenador de Vendas possuirá comissões e tiket alimentação.

Requisitos

* Vivência em gestão de equipes ou cargos de liderança comercial.

* Inteligência emocional e capacidade de conduzir equipes.

* Foco em resultados.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar relatório de KPI’s e gerar ações

• ⁠Acompanhar tempo de atendimento

• ⁠Acompanhar qualidade do atendimento

• ⁠Acompanhar aspectos comportamentais (horário de chegada, aceio da equipe, escala de limpeza)

• ⁠Acompanhar fila de atendimento

• ⁠Acompanhar execução de processos pela equipe

• ⁠Gerar e acompanhar escalas de trabalho, férias e atendimento

• Criar estratégias para o atingimento de metas

- Conduzir reuniões de fechamento/abertura de mês.

Horario de trabalho:

Segunda a sexta, de 09:00 Às 18:00 e aos sábados de 08:00 Às 14: (01 sábado de folga por mês)
