Missão do Cargo

Atender na área de vendas às demandas relacionadas aos aspectos técnicos e funcionais dos produtos, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão adequada dos clientes e minimizando riscos para estes e para a empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a prospecção de novos clientes, mapeando e contatando potenciais clientes, visando novas oportunidades de negócio, bem como divulgar os produtos da Empresa;
  • Elaborar orçamentos de venda, bem como negociar e concretizar as oportunidades de negócios existentes;
  • Realizar o atendimento a clientes em pré-vendas e pós-vendas à distância, via fone, e-mail e demais canais utilizados, fornecendo informações sobre os produtos e solucionando os problemas ou encaminhando para os responsáveis;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento dos pedidos de vendas, monitorando as etapas do pedido a fim de assegurar a entrega dentro do prazo acordado;
  • Cadastrar e atualizar dados de clientes no sistema ERP;
  • Desenvolver relatórios de pedidos e volume de faturamento;
  • Prestar apoio ao time de vendas externas, realizando o envio de NFs, boletos, inclusões em sistemas e demais atividades administrativas do departamento.

Requisitos básicos

  • Formação em ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com prospecção de clientes;
  • Experiência anterior com televendas.

​Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Desejável experiência com vendas de eletro domésticos;
  • Formação superior concluído ou em andamento.
