Verstärke unser Team als Lean Coach für die Assembly-Fertigung. Gemeinsam mit unseren Fertigungsteams entwickelst du effiziente Montageprozesse, eliminierst Verschwendung und förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Ideal für Fachkräfte aus dem Produktionsumfeld oder als Einstiegsmöglichkeit für Absolvent/-innen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Gestaltung und Stärkung der Lean-Kultur im Bereich
  • Lean-Methoden anwenden und im Bereich etablieren
  • Analyse der Fertigungsprozesse und Identifikation von Engpässen
  • Optimierungspotentiale erkennen, um Verschwendungen zu minimieren
  • Verbesserungsmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit Mitarbeitern/-innen und Führungskräften planen und umsetzen
  • Kontinuierlicher und aktiver Erfahrungsaustausch im Lean Netzwerk von Fronius

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Lean Management-Methoden und Tools (u.a. KVP, 5S, Kanban, Poka Yoke, KATA)
  • Strukturierte Arbeits- und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.449,08 und € 4.341,59 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
