In dieser vielseitigen Aussendienstfunktion repräsentieren Sie Fronius als führenden Anbieter innovativer Schweisslösungen, betreuen bestehende Kunden und erschliessen neue Marktpotenziale.

Aufgaben:

  • Bestehende Kunden betreuen
  • Kundenakquisition
  • Kundenanfragen bearbeiten
  • Preisverhandlungen und Verkaufsabschlüsse
  • Mitwirken bei Systemkonfigurationen für Angebotserstellung bei komplexen Systemen
  • Machbarkeitsanalysen koordinieren
  • OK-Punktqualität bei Angeboten (kaufmännisch und technisch) sicherstellen
  • Unterstützung an Messen und bei regionalen/nationalen Events
  • Markt- und Kundenfeedback weitergeben
  • Mitwirken bei der Demo-Miet-Lagerhaltung
  • Mitwirken beim Mahnwesen (Eintreiben von ausständigen Zahlungen)
  • Auswahl und Qualifizierung von Fachhändlern in Abstimmung mit Führungskraft

Anforderungen und Fachausbildung:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Schweisstechnische oder elektrotechnische Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Betrieb wie z.B. Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlbau, Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, sowie Handfertigkeit in den Schweissprozessen E-Hand, WIG / MIG/MAG
  • Schweisstechnische Ausbildung wie Universalschweisser, Schweisserprüfung nach EN 287-1; EN 287- 2
  • IWS Ausbildung
  • Verkaufs-/Kommunikations und Präsentationstechnik
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein B

Berufspraxis und Kenntnisse:

  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst
  • Erfahrung in der Schweisstechnik
  • Unternehmerisches Denken (Kunden- und Kostenbewusstsein)
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Bereitschaft Wissen zu teilen
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Flexibilität
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Englisch von Vorteil
