Woran Sie mitwirken

Während Ihrer Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) lernen Sie die IT nicht nur theoretisch kennen, sondern direkt aus der Praxis. Sie unterstützen bei der Betreuung unserer Systeme, helfen bei technischen Fragen im Alltag und bekommen Einblick in Projekte, mit denen wir unsere Kanzlei digital weiterentwickeln. Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
  • Mitarbeit im IT-Support für Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Einblicke in Netzwerke, Systeme, Benutzerverwaltung und Hardware
  • Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
  • schrittweises Hineinwachsen in technische und organisatorische Verantwortung

Sie lernen bei uns nicht nur, wie Systeme funktionieren, sondern auch, wie man strukturiert arbeitet, Probleme sauber löst und technische Themen verständlich umsetzt.

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie müssen noch nicht alles können. Wichtiger ist uns, dass Sie Interesse an IT haben, gerne dazulernen und Dinge verstehen wollen. Was uns wichtig ist:

  • ein guter Schulabschluss, idealerweise mittlere Reife, Fachabitur oder Abitur
  • Interesse an IT, Technik und digitalen Themen
  • logisches Denken und Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
  • sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Lust, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Wir suchen keine Mitläufer. Wir suchen junge Menschen, die sich in der IT etwas aufbauen wollen und bereit sind, dafür Einsatz zu zeigen.
