Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanzlei suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d), der die Leitung unserer Wirtschaftsprüfungsabteilung übernimmt und diese fachlich sowie strategisch weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Wirtschaftsprüfungsabteilung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen
  • Fachliche Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Prüfungsteams
  • Betreuung und Beratung anspruchsvoller mittelständischer Mandanten sowie deren Gesellschafter und Geschäftsleitungen
  • Ansprechpartner für komplexe Fragestellungen des Handels-, Bilanz- und Gesellschaftsrechts
  • Mitwirkung bei Sonderprüfungen, Unternehmensbewertungen, Due-Diligence-Prüfungen sowie Umstrukturierungsprojekten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung und des weiteren Wachstums der Kanzlei

Was Sie mitbringen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgelegtes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Hohe fachliche Kompetenz in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Prüfungswesen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Mandantenorientierung und souveränes Auftreten
  • Freude an Mitarbeiterführung, Teamarbeit und der Weiterentwicklung einer erfolgreichen Wirtschaftsprüfungsabteilung
