Notre cuisine revisite les grands classiques de la gastronomie française avec modernité, gourmandise et élégance.

Du déjeuner au dîner, l’expérience reste la même : une cuisine française lisible, généreuse et assumée, à savourer dans un cadre exceptionnel.

🚢 Un lieu à plusieurs niveaux, une seule expérience

Pensée comme un paquebot parisien, la barge Francette se déploie sur plusieurs niveaux, chacun avec sa propre ambiance.

  • Au niveau de l’eau, une atmosphère cosy et intimiste, idéale pour un déjeuner paisible ou un dîner élégant.
  • À l’étage, une ambiance plus conviviale et vivante, prolongée par une grande terrasse de 250 m², offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la Tour Eiffel.
  • Sous verrière, un espace baigné de lumière, entre intérieur et extérieur, où l’on profite pleinement du panorama parisien.

Amarrée au pied de la Tour Eiffel, Francette accueille également des événements privés et professionnels dans un cadre hors du commun.

Banquets, cocktails dînatoires ou repas sur mesure, nos espaces s’adaptent à tous les formats, de 15 à 250 personnes.

Tes missions

Au cœur du restaurant, tu es le premier point de contact que nos clients rencontrent. Tu participes activement à créer une expérience fluide, chaleureuse et mémorable.

  • Accueillir les clients chaleureusement et avec professionnalisme
  • Gérer les réservations, organiser et personnaliser l’arrivée des hôtes
  • Optimiser le placement en coordination avec l’équipe de salle
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre l’accueil et le service
  • Veiller au confort et à la satisfaction des clients dès leur arrivée
  • Évoluer vers un poste d’hôte.sse confirmé(e)

Profil recherché

  • Tu prépares un diplôme en hôtellerie, tourisme ou relation client
  • Tu es souriant(e), sociable et à l’aise à l’oral
  • Tu es organisé(e) et réactif(ve)
  • Tu aimes le contact client et le travail en équipe
  • Tu veux apprendre et évoluer au sein d’un groupe ambitieux
