La FUGA Family te propose de rejoindre un projet en plein essor.

FUGA [évasion, en latin] est un groupe fondé en 2020 par Quentin Garreau de Labarre (ancien Directeur F&B du George V) et Pierre Doublet (ex-entrepreneur du web). Leur mission ? Créer des lieux qui permettent de “sortir de Paris… à Paris”, en mêlant gastronomie pointue, atmosphères uniques et programmation lifestyle.

En 2021, FUGA s’installe sur l’eau avec Francette, une barge de trois étages au pied de la tour Eiffel. Une vue imprenable sur Paris, une offre événementielle forte… Une cuisine Française modernisée et colorée.

En 2023, ouverture de Riviera FUGA, toujours sur la Seine, à deux pas du pont Alexandre III. Un lieu à l’esthétique de Yacht Club 70’s, avec une cuisine fusion italo-japonaise

En mai 2025, FUGA MONCEAU : un nouveau complexe à deux pas du parc Monceau qui réunit tout l’ADN de FUGA avec une touche de raffinement propre au 8e arrondissement : Un restaurant, des espaces évènementiels

En septembre 2026, caché dans un passage à ciel ouvert, à quelques encablures du Bon Marché. Fougue donne un coup de fouet à la brasserie française traditionnelle.

Sur 3 étages, dans un décors fougueux, on se retrouvera à la Brasserie Fougue, du premier café du matin au dernier cocktail de soirée. La carte célèbre une certaine idée de la cuisine française : généreuse, lisible, pepsy et gourmande.

FUGA continue de se développer avec la même envie : offrir des expériences singulières, inattendues, à la croisée de la cuisine, du lieu et du moment.

Et pour cela, on recrute des talents passionnés, motivés, curieux, et prêts à embarquer dans l’aventure.

Tes missions

  • Homme ou femme de terrain, tu sais être à la fois commerçant, commercial et manager.
  • Commerçant, tu proposes à notre clientèle le meilleur niveau de service, autour de notre offre produits que tu sais valoriser.
  • Commercial, tu participes aux réflexions sur le développement de la fréquentation et le rayonnement de notre enseigne.
  • En tant que manager, tu diriges ton équipe dans le respect des valeurs de la Fuga Family et fais grandir les compétences avec l’aide de ton encadrement. Tu sais motiver et embarquer ton équipe avec toi.
  • Tu réfléchies avec ton équipe à la structuration des processus du restaurant et à leur déploiement en interne.
  • Tu participes au recrutement et développes le personnel pour répondre aux attentes opérationnelles et assurer l’engagement des équipes.
