What’s on offer?

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Structures team based in Bunbury, Western Australia, supporting the delivery of bridge construction and maintenance works. In this role, you will lead crews across a varied programme of works, including bridge demolition, new structure construction, bridge refurbishment and strengthening, culvert construction, and associated road and drainage improvements. Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes across our projects.

What you’ll do?

  • Lead daily pre-starts and set the team up for a safe, productive and well-organised day on site.
  • Oversee crews and site activities to ensure work is delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with client expectations.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to keep works moving and resources aligned with programme requirements.
  • Work closely with the broader management team to plan upcoming works, stay ahead of the programme, and identify potential delays early.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by proactively managing site risks, addressing day-to-day issues, and escalating matters when needed.
  • Support the preparation and ongoing use of SWMS to help ensure work is carried out safely and in line with requirements.

How you’ll connect to the role?

  • Confidence to set direction on site and communicate the daily plan clearly to crews.
  • A strong ability to stay organised, work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across crews, subcontractors and leadership teams.
  • The ability to influence others and contribute to a productive, team-focused site culture.
  • Sound computer literacy and a practical understanding of contract requirements, specifications and quality systems, with support provided where needed.
  • A genuine commitment to team leadership, collaboration and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • A current Driver’s Licence and flexibility to work overtime, weekends and away from home when required.

If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
