DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Du willst Healthcare revolutionieren und spürbare Wirkung erzielen? Bei FUTRUE übernimmst du die Verantwortung für strategische M&A‑Projekte, baust ein leistungsstarkes Team auf und identifizierst neue Wachstumsmöglichkeiten in einer dynamischen Unternehmensgruppe. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Top‑Management zusammen, treibst Verhandlungen auf C‑Level und formst innovative Geschäftsmodelle. Wenn du hands‑on denkst, analytisch stark bist und mutig unkonventionelle Wege gehst, dann komm zu uns!

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du verantwortest den gesamten M&A-Prozess – von der Identifikation geeigneter Targets über Bewertung, Due Diligence und Verhandlungen bis zur Integrationsplanung im Rahmen von Assets und Share Deals.

- Das starke Netzwerk aus Beratern und Investmentbanken in relevanten Regionen entwickelst Du weiter. Du hältst den direkten Kontakt zu Target-Unternehmen auf C-Level.

- Du leitest und erweiterst ein leistungsstarkes Team und führst es bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler M&A- und Business-Development-Strategien für die gesamte Gruppe.

- Du identifizierst attraktive Geschäftsfelder für organisches und anorganisches Wachstum auf Basis fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.

- Du entwickelst neue Geschäfts-, Produkt-, Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien sowie innovative Geschäftsideen.

- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit internen Schnittstellen und der Geschäftsleitung der Gruppe sowie der Tochterunternehmen zusammen, um strategische Initiativen erfolgreich umzusetzen.­

DEIN PROFIL

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Naturwissenschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studienfachs.

- Du hast mind. 5-7 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld gesammelt, z.B. in der Strategieberatung, Investmentbanking, Venture Capital, Private Equity oder Start-Up.

- Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung in Strategie- und M&A-Prozessen mit.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Detailgenauigkeit.

- Du besitzt starken Drive, die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte prägnant kommunizieren.

- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.
