Mit Deiner Expertise im Bereich ERP, Finanzsysteme und Schnittstellenmanagement gestaltest Du die technologische Zukunft unserer stark wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung sowie die Steuerung und Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems

- Du übernimmst die Gestaltung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse sowie Optimierung bestehender Abläufe im engen Dialog mit Anwender:innen und Entwickler:innen.

- Aktuell setzen wir SAP Business One ein. Du übernimmst die Führung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung eines neuen Systems wie z.B. SAP HANA oder Oracle NetSuite

- Ein wichtiger Fokus liegt auf dem Bereich Finance & Controlling, inklusive Integration von relevanten E-Commerce-Systemen, Payment-Plattformen und Logistiklösungen.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen.

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im ERP-Umfeld – Du kennst die Tools und weißt, wie man sie zum Leben erweckt

- Du hat ein tiefes Verständnis für ERP-Systeme und Geschäftsprozesse, vor allem in Finance, Controlling und Einkauf

- Du hast schon mal ein ERP-System konzipiert, ausgewählt und erfolgreich ausgerollt

- Dein technisches Skill-Set: Du kennst Dich mit SQL, Datenbanken und ETL-Prozessen aus und kannst mit Entwicklern auf Augenhöhe sprechen

- Analytischer Verstand + konzeptionelles Denken = Deine Superpower – dazu Hands-on-Mentalität und Spaß am Detail

- Du kommunizierst klar, bringst andere mit Deinen Ideen ins Boot und gehst Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch (mind. C1-Niveau)
