DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Du bist ein echter Macher mit Leidenschaft für Innovation und möchtest die Zukunft der Healthcare-Branche aktiv mitgestalten? Als Venture Manager (w/m/d) bei FUTRUE übernimmst Du frühzeitig Verantwortung und gestaltest neue Geschäftsmodelle von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Mit Deinem analytischen Denken und Deinem starken Drive bringst Du frischen Wind in unsere Ventures und trägst maßgeblich zu deren Erfolg bei. DEINE AUFGABEN

- Als Venture Manager (w/m/d) berichtest Du direkt an die Geschäftsführung der FUTRUE Gruppe.

- Du erstellst selbstständig Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, die als Basis für neue Geschäftsmodelle dienen.

- Bei der Ausgestaltung unserer Ventures bist Du federführend tätig und übernimmst frühzeitig Geschäfts- und Personalverantwortung.

- In bestehenden Teams der FUTRUE Gruppe arbeitest Du darüber hinaus an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Businesses – z.B. in Projekten im Bereich E-Commerce und Internationalisierung.

- Du erstellst Strategiekonzepte, Pitch Decks und Vorstandspräsentationen für die Top-Entscheidungsgremien.

- Außerdem übernimmst Du die Kommunikation mit externen Partnern, Dienstleistern und Kunden.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du verstehst Dich als Macher und brennst darauf, in einem Umfeld mit schnellen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten die nächsten Innovationen im Pharma-Bereich mitzugestalten. Pharma- bzw. HealthCare Erfahrung wird dabei nicht vorausgesetzt.

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Mathematik, Informatik oder Naturwissenschaften.

- Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld gesammelt, z.B. in der Strategieberatung, Investmentbanking, Venture Capital oder Private Equity.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, in Kombination mit ausgeprägtem konzeptionellem und unternehmerischem Denken.

- Du besitzt starken Drive, die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte prägnant kommunizieren.

- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität zeichnet Dich aus und Du besitzt fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse.

- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer (w/m/d) und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zielorientiertheit.

- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (mind. C1 Level).
